My friend Erikka passed away in February due to a drunk driver’s reckless actions to drive her home with a blood alcohol level almost twice the legal limit.
“Rain or shine, it’s just a state of mind” was always her little phrase she said. I got this done a week before what would have been her 19th birthday, and it’s in her handwriting as well. It’s just a little reminding to love life as much as she did and always appreciate what I have, no matter how bad I think things are.
